Organisational Structure of the Faculty of Agriculture, UNIBA Surakarta

Achieving the vision, mission, and objectives of the Faculty of Agriculture of Universitas Islam Batik (UNIBA) Surakarta requires an institutional framework with good governance. Organisational restructuring is therefore an important step, which began with the revision and renewal of the UNIBA Statute.

The governance being built aims to make the management of the faculty effective and efficient, grounded in the five principles of good organisational governance: transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. The organisation's mechanisms and procedures are further regulated by Dean's Regulations.
